Questions before you start

- I do not know what I want the site to say. Is that a problem?
- No. That is the normal starting point. You tell us about the business in plain language and we come back with the ideas, the structure and a first draft of the wording for you to react to.
- How much of this will land on me?
- One conversation at the start, then a review at the end of each stage. Between those, the work is ours. You are approving, not producing.
- What if I do not like the direction?
- Then it does not get built. The direction is shown and agreed before any pages are made, precisely so that a change at that point costs a conversation rather than a rebuild.
- Do I need to supply photographs and text?
- Send anything you already have and we will use what works. Where there is a gap, we propose how to fill it rather than leaving a hole for you to patch.
- What happens once it is live?
- The site is handed over and explained, so you know where everything is. If you want changes later, you come back to the same studio that built it.
- How do I start?
